Job Description

WeldForce Group is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Bilingual Manufacturing Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, oil and gas, and skilled trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates for manufacturing and industrial positions.
• Source skilled trades professionals, including welders, fitters, mechanical assemblers, electricians, machinists, QC inspectors, and heavy equipment operators.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Utilize ZipRecruiter, indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruiting platforms.
• Coordinate interviews, skills testing, onboarding, and start dates.
• Work closely with clients and hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
• Manage multiple job openings while meeting recruiting deadlines and goals.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting reports.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing, oil and gas, and skilled trades.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both).
• Strong knowledge of industrial and skilled trades positions.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with welding processes and industrial qualifications.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online recruiting platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with an industrial staffing agency.
• Established network of skilled trades candidates.
• Experience managing multiple industrial client accounts.
• Knowledge of weld testing and industrial safety requirements.
