Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cath Lab position requiring a SC or compact license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least one year of Cath Lab experience.

Details

• Cath Lab unit in a hospital setting
• Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (7:00–16:30)
• Late stay may be required as needed
• Epic EMR experience preferred but not required

Requirements

• Active SC or compact RN license required; pending license accepted if obtained prior to start date
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab RN experience required; 2 years preferred
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of application; RTO requests made after placement will not be considered
• Orientation includes pass/fail testing: Cardiac Dysrhythmia Test and Moderate Sedation Test are administered on the first day, with one attempt allowed
• The facility maintains an attendance policy; missing more than two shifts per 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract review or cancellation
