We collaborate as a team and celebrate each other’s successes.The Headlines:In the role of Business Intelligence and Analytics Manager - Palantir Foundry working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the global Data, Analytics and AI team.  The person will manage a team of internal and external resources to deliver successful business intelligence and analytics solutions, acting as a strategic consult to business leaders and ensuring all exiting solutions are fully leveraged and used correctly.  This role requires a candidate who can build strong business relationships, translate and work through complex situations and translate intricate IT ideas to business leaders across the company.What You’ll Be Brewing:Manage project teams consisting of internal and external resources in large IT programs as well as supporting smaller projects and value-add enhancements generally in the Palantir Foundry platformCollaborate with business leaders to understand business strategies, tactics, and plans, setting shared goals to plan and deliver business intelligence, data and analytics initiatives to address business needsLead the design, development, deployment, and transition of data analytics solutions, partnering with backend engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver tangible progress that business leaders can see and react toProvide subject matter expertise (functional and technical) to colleagues such as Enterprise Architects, Information Technology Business Partners, and Business StakeholdersBuild and maintain Spark/PySpark data pipelines within Palantir Foundry, including data ingestion, transformation, and normalization from enterprise source systems (SAP, S4/HANA, and related operational databases)Define, develop and govern ontology models, object types, actions and link types aligned to business requirements and data architecture standardsPerform data integration and validation activities including source system connectivity, data quality validation across pipeline stages, and end-to-end data lineage verificationCreate and maintain Webhooks for writeback to ERP applicationsBuild and iterate frontend applications, dashboards, and user-facing modules within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem (Workshop, Contour, or Carbon as applicable), translating ambiguous or evolving business requests into clear, usable interfacesDevelop advanced visual components including interactive charts and data visualizations using TypeScript and tools such as Vega or comparable librariesKey Ingredients:You have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years experience in the data and analytics field or in lieu of a degree, 12 years of experience related to data and analyticsYou possess advanced knowledge and technical skills in Palantir Foundry and related toolsets, including 2 years of experience with Palantir FoundryYou would have at least one full life-cycle system implementation or three full life-cycle major system change initiatives, serving in the lead roleYou have previous experience estimating project costs for any size projectYou have overseen the development of business intelligence, data or analytics solutions using third-party providers and managed indirect reportsYou have direct, hands-on experience designing and developing business intelligence or analytics solutionsYou have familiarity with agile and/or DevOps ways of working You have a knowledge of SAP and experience in supply chain/manufacturingYou exhibit our cores valuesBeverage Bonuses: Flexible work programs that support work life balance including a hybrid work model of 4 days in the officeWe care about our People and Planet and have challenged ourselves with stretch goals around our key priorities We care about our communities, and play our part to make a difference – from charitable donations to hitting the streets together to build parks, giving back to the community is part of our culture and who we are Engagement with a variety of Employee Resource Groups, which can provide volunteer opportunities, leadership experience, and networking through the organization Ability to grow and develop your career centered around our First Choice Learning opportunitiesParticipation in our Total Rewards program with a competitive base salary, incentive plans, parental leave, health, dental, vision, 401k option with incredible employer match, generous paid time off plans, an engaging Wellness Program, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with amazing resourcesOn site Pub, access to cool brand clothing and swag, top events and, of course... free beer and beverages! Pay and Benefits: At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $126,500.00 -$166,100.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days). The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
