This role is meant to serve the growing needs of the community. Large clinic space and casting services at Both Belleville and Shiloh Dedicated orthopedic surgery schedulers and support staff Seven experienced APPs supporting orthopedic surgeons Imaging conveniently located adjacent to orthopedic clinic space Schedule & Call Approximately 36 patient-facing hours per week Clinic hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM - could start earlier if desired Typically 2-3 OR days per week 25 to 30+ patients per full clinic day APP support available for inpatient follow-up and weekend assistance Shared orthopedic call schedule with the team Weekend call approximately 1:7 Compensation & Benefits BJC Medical Group offers a highly competitive compensation package including: Financial Incentives Competitive two-year income guarantee Productivity-based wRVU compensation model $50,000 Signing Bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr BJC Medical Group
