Job Description:

As a .NET Developer, you will support the development, modernization, and enhancement of web applications, Power Apps, and enterprise solutions within an Agile Scrum environment. You will contribute to application development, data migration validation, requirements analysis, and testing activities to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, and Azure services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain Azure DevOps backlog items.
• Develop and maintain Power Apps and customer-facing web applications.
• Design and optimize Azure SQL database components, queries, and stored procedures.
• Support data migration efforts through automated validation and testing scripts.
• Create and maintain data mapping, interface mapping, and process documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Support system, integration, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Entity Framework development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience developing Power Apps and enterprise web-based applications.
• Expertise in SQL development, data modeling, and database optimization.
• Experience creating automated data validation and migration testing scripts.
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, interface mapping, and legacy system modernization.
• Experience using Azure DevOps for work item management, testing, and defect tracking.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Visio for documentation and analysis.
• Experience with SSIS, API integrations, security controls, public-sector modernization projects, and enterprise reporting solutions preferred.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $45.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
