Duties and Responsibilities: Drive safely and courteously to customer's service locations, ensuring your vehicle is well-maintained and in good repair. Respond to work assignments and tasks as directed by the management and a dedicated dispatch team. Maintain a professional image by representing the company at all times while in uniform and driving a vehicle with company information, putting our best foot forward to uphold our reputation. Consult with our valued customers on their specific garage needs and provide superior solutions that fit their individual needs. Foster lasting relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional service, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Inspect, install, repair, and maintain garage doors. Maintain an organized truck with inventory and sales materials. Organize and submit service and sales reports on a weekly basis. Processing customer payments, including cash, credit card, or check transactions. Deposit money received by customers into the bank weekly. Requirements: Possess a positive attitude and demonstrate eagerness to embrace the role as a student of the trade, displaying a commitment to continuous learning and skill development. Strong technical capacity to diagnose and address garage door issues effectively. Demonstrate proficiency in handling and utilizing hand tools, showcasing a mechanical mindset. Uphold high standards of ethical conduct and professionalism at all times. Proficient communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. Ability to lift over 75 pounds regularly to handle garage door equipment and parts. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
