About the Position

Job Title: Mammography Technologist Profession: Imaging Specialty: Critical Need Duration: 30 Days Shift: 8 Hours Hours per Shift: 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM Experience: Minimum of 200 studies within the last two years and 15 CEUs in breast imaging in the last 3 years. License: California Mammography License Certifications: ARRT (M), BLS Must-Have: Screening and diagnostic experience, stereotactic and needle localization experience are a plus. Description: The Mammography Technologist will perform mammographic procedures on patients. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during procedures. The technologist will be responsible for the quality of images produced and for maintaining equipment. Effective communication with patients and the healthcare team is essential. Continuous education and adherence to best practices in breast imaging is required. The technologist will also participate in quality assurance activities. Compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols is mandatory.
