Key Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification; additional credentials preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Schedule:

• Day shifts

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs
• Administer prescribed medications and perform treatments according to physician orders
• Closely monitor patient condition, recognize any significant changes, and respond promptly
• Coordinate with physicians, allied health staff, and families to develop individualized care plans
• Participate actively in care conferences, patient education, and discharge planning
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized unit environment
• Adhere to infection control guidelines and compliance standards
