~ Your Role as a BCBA ~

Conduct FBAs and initial assessments
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
Analyze data and adjust programming
Supervise and support RBTs
Provide parent training and collaborate with caregivers
Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery

~ What You Bring ~

Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
8-hour BACB supervision training
Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities
Strong communication & time management skills
Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
Level 2 background clearance
Bilingual (Spanish) or Medicaid credentialing = a plus
