Field Sales Representative

Location 8261 S. Redwood Road, West Jordan, Utah 84088 Job Summary As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you will be the welcoming face in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to personalized lawn care solutions and build lasting relationships. Responsibilities Engage homeowners in person to understand their lawn care needs. Deliver customized solutions using TruGreen’s proven Sales Playbook. Convert inquiries into signed agreements with a proven sales methodology. Log interactions and track performance using CRM tools. Cross‑sell and upsell services to enhance customer value. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, technologies, and local market trends. Qualifications and Skills High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but passion and hustle are crucial. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills and self‑starter mindset. Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM software. Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. English speaking, reading, and writing fluency required.
