Experience level: Senior level with minimum 7+ years of Tax prep. experience

Flex hours are available for experience associate

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be a team player and be capable of preparing income tax returns while guiding clients through the entire process-from initial consultation to final review. Proficiency in individual (1040) and or S Corporation (1120-S) tax returns is essential, along with a solid understanding of local small business industry. Preference will be given to applicants who are accountants, CPAs, or have a degree in taxation.

We need someone with an accounting degree (not MBA or Finance) who can produce full financial statements (Balance Sheet Core Experience). We also require a minimum of six years of experience as senior / manager due to the complexity of corporate tax, individual tax, audits, reviews, and financial statement analysis.
