Position OverviewWe are in need of a Medical Care Provider at a healthcare facility in Buffalo, NY. The facility has a total of 140 certified beds and is committed to providing top-notch quality care to all patients. They strive to prioritize customer service and keeping patients on site whenever possible to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations.Qualifications and ResponsibilitiesAll applicants must hold a valid nursing license in the state of NY.While prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred, it is not mandatory.Responsibilities include delivering high-quality care in a professional and respectful manner to all patients.Tasks involve performing therapeutic procedures such as administering injections, managing wounds, and providing patient education on treatment plans.Additionally, counseling patients on growth and development information is a key aspect of this role.Benefits and CompensationCompetitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000.Opportunity for RVU bonuses based on performance.Comprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, HSA/FSA options, generous PTO, CME allowance, Malpractice insurance, and 401k retirement savings.
