Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview We are looking for an Affiliate Coordinator to build and scale Pink Stork's affiliate and creator ecosystem across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and our DTC website. This is a data-first role: you will use performance data to decide who gets samples, what commission structures make sense, and where to invest affiliate resources for the best return — then execute on those decisions day to day. You will work closely with the Brand Manager and cross-functionally with ecommerce, creative, and operations to make sure affiliate spend and effort is going toward the partners and channels that actually drive revenue, and that Pink Stork's affiliate programs run efficiently across every channel. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical first and personable second — comfortable digging into performance data to make commission and allocation decisions, and comfortable building real relationships with affiliates once those decisions are made. Key Responsibilities Affiliate & Creator Recruitment Source, recruit, and onboard affiliates and creators across TikTok Shop, Amazon Influencer/Associates programs, and DTC affiliate channels Build and maintain relationships with high-potential affiliates to drive consistent content output and revenue growth Activate affiliates through product seeding, sampling programs, and performance incentives Identify emerging creators and affiliate opportunities to fuel incremental growth Performance & Revenue Optimization Analyze affiliate performance data across GMV, content volume, conversion, and ROI by channel to determine where to focus resources Make data-based recommendations on commission structures, incentive levels, and sample allocation — identifying which affiliates and content types actually drive return Build and maintain reporting that tracks affiliate performance against cost (samples, commissions, incentives) to inform ongoing investment decisions Continuously test and refine affiliate mix and incentive structures based on results, not instinct Campaign & Program Execution Coordinate product shipments, affiliate offers, and campaign logistics Ensure affiliates have clear briefs, selling angles, and product education to create effective content Maintain organized tracking of affiliate communications, deliverables, and agreements Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with the ecommerce and operations teams to ensure inventory, sampling, and fulfillment align with affiliate demand Partner with the Brand Manager to align affiliate strategy with broader brand and content goals Support reporting and performance insights across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and DTC affiliate programs Stay current on affiliate marketing trends, creator behaviors, and platform updates across TikTok, Amazon, and DTC Bring proactive recommendations to improve Pink Stork's affiliate strategy Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships Demonstrated analytical experience — this can come from a job, internship, or college coursework (e.g., statistics, data analysis, economics, business analytics) — with the ability to speak to specific analysis you've done and decisions it drove Comfort working in spreadsheets to build reporting, model scenarios, and analyze performance data, not just record it Familiarity with affiliate ecosystems across at least one of the following: TikTok Shop, Amazon Influencer/Associates, or DTC affiliate platforms Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Experience working across multiple affiliate channels (TikTok Shop, Amazon, DTC) simultaneously Experience in wellness, supplements, or consumer ecommerce brands A genuine connection to women's wellness, faith-based values, or mission-driven brands Who You Are You are an analyst first.
