ABA Therapist Position

Looking for an ABA position where you can focus on helping children instead of driving between sessions?

One Step Forward is hiring full time and part time ABA Therapists to join our growing center based team. If you enjoy working in a structured environment, collaborating with experienced BCBAs, and being part of a supportive clinical team, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

At our center, you'll provide one on one ABA therapy to children with autism while working alongside a team that is committed to helping both clients and therapists succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide direct one on one ABA therapy in our center
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs using evidence based ABA strategies
• Collect session data and complete electronic session documentation
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and fellow therapists to support each child's progress

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA, RBT, Behavior Technician, special education, childcare, psychology, behavioral health, or related experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable, professional, and eager to learn
• Passion for helping children with autism reach meaningful goals
