NP-PA-Hospitalist-Full Time-Night Shift (IU West Hospital)

We are seeking a patient focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team-oriented Hospitalist department at IU West Hospital in Avon, IN. IUWest Hospital in Avon, IN offers a strong practice environment for a night Hospitalist within a well-established community hospital. This role focuses on admissions, consults, and cross-cover, providing exposure to a broad range of patient acuity and fostering clinical autonomy overnight. Job Description Full Time, Night Shift 3–12-hour shifts; 4p-4a, every third weekend Friday and Saturday, two major and minor holidays each year that will rotate 100% Inpatient No Call Schedule Key Responsibilities Perform 4-6 admissions per night from the IU West Emergency Department. Cross-cover on approximately 50-70 hospitalized patients each night.
