Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 16 weeks Shift: 18:45 - 07:15 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Valid RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC Must-Have: 2 years of experience as a nurse, with at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting. Teamwork mentality and ability to provide real-time feedback. Flexibility to work in all areas of the Emergency Department. We serve as the region's referral center for trauma and stroke care. Our Emergency Department has a high volume and serves a diverse community. The unit features a high patient-to-nurse ratio of 4:1, with the ability to increase during specific situations. Staff includes technicians for cardiac monitoring and a dedicated clerical team. We utilize advanced equipment, including monitoring devices and specialized documentation systems. Our department encourages a culture of teamwork and support among staff.
