Job Description Job Description Family Therapist Location: West Linn, Oregon Exciting Opportunity: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus and Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance! Our organization offers a residential treatment program tailored for adolescents dealing with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. At our facility, we are dedicated to guiding adolescents and their families toward complete recovery. We equip each young person with the tools to face life's challenges without the burden of an eating disorder. Our approach emphasizes empathy, education, and collaboration with families, ensuring they are integral partners in the recovery journey. We strive to help each adolescent develop healthy coping mechanisms and a profound understanding of their unique identity. We are currently looking for a Primary or Family Therapist to deliver therapeutic services to our clients and their families. Our Family Therapists may be required to work one evening and one weekend day to best serve our clients and their families. Key Responsibilities: Conduct weekly family therapy sessions and caregiver coaching calls Facilitate group therapy for clients and their families Provide meal support to clients Engage in ongoing care management Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client's unique circumstances and identities Qualifications: A minimum of a Master’s degree in clinical counseling or a related field Preferred licensure (or eligibility) in a counseling discipline (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) Experience in treating eating disorders within a residential or inpatient environment is highly beneficial Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
