Registered Nurse - Float Pool

Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule Days, rotating weekends

Job Description The SHS Valley Traveler Float Pool offers staffing support across facilities, requiring flexibility to float between hospitals. The role is ideal for candidates who are adaptable and comfortable working in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities Providing comprehensive nursing care across labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, postpartum care for mothers and newborns. Utilizing Epic for patient management and documentation. Collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Traveling for work assignments at multiple points of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current unencumbered Oregon RN license. Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification. AHA ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS certifications. Minimum of 2 years of labor experience. Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required. Fetal Monitoring Certification and STABLE preferred. Epic proficiency required.
