Starcloud's Founding RecruiterThis is a rare chance to build the recruiting function at a company working on one of the most ambitious engineering problems of this generation: creating data centers in space. As Starcloud's Founding Recruiter, you will help shape the team building orbital compute infrastructure for AI, storage, and sovereign cloud services. In a company of this stage and ambition, every hire matters, and your work will directly influence how quickly and effectively Starcloud can turn a category-defining vision into reality.You will partner closely with founders and technical leaders to identify, attract, and close exceptional talent across hardware, aerospace, embedded systems, power, thermal, GNC, cloud infrastructure, and other critical functions. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to build processes from the ground up, drive full-cycle recruiting, and serve as a strategic partner on talent.
