Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. This role is central to maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring every interaction reflects our client-first philosophy. You will be responsible for managing client communications, assisting with policy servicing, problem-solving, and supporting the overall client experience from start to finish. This is a full-time, on-site position in our Gilcrest, CO office.
