StarBrite Dental is seeking a reliable and skilled Dental Assistant for a one-day temporary assignment at our Dublin, CA office. This position is scheduled for Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The successful candidate will assist our dental professionals in providing efficient and quality patient care during this period.

Job Description

Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments for patient procedures

Assist the dentist chairside during treatments and procedures

Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the appointment

Handle dental materials and instruments efficiently

Maintain infection control protocols by sterilizing equipment and operatories

Support administrative tasks as needed, such as patient check-in and record keeping

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines

Salary Range

part-time $20 - $27 per hour

- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Shift & Schedule

Saturday,

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements

Infection Control License
Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably in a clinical setting

Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures

Ability to follow infection control and safety protocols

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work on Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Preferences

Basic life support
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Dentrix
Eaglesoft
Open Dental

Certification as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or equivalent

CPR/BLS certification

Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records
