Keith Way, Selma, TX 78154 Pay Starting at $20.75 an hour, paid bi‑weekly. Minimum Qualifications Extreme Temperature: Work in rotation through temperatures from –10°F to 100°F to keep food safe. Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case; occasional mechanical assistance for up to 2,000 pounds. Education: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred; prior food distribution experience a plus.
