SC Rotational Development Program associates complete three unique full-time rotations over the course of two years. Your first rotation will be a one-year assignment within the greater Philadelphia area. In year 2, you'll be located at another major Comcast operation center where you'll complete two six-month assignments focused primarily on field and hub operations before launching into the business. As you rotate, you'll have the opportunity to work and live in different areas of the country while building your professional skill set and gaining exposure to key business and Supply Chain leaders. Learning & Development sessions will serve as ongoing building blocks to further your supply chain, leadership, and business acumen.
