Job Description Job Description Help Wanted: Bookkeeper (Part-Time to Full-Time) – Bookkeeping Firm Our growing accounting firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support a diverse portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple accounts, and is committed to delivering accurate and timely financial services. Key Responsibilities: Perform bank reconciliations for multiple client accounts Process and manage payroll across several clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks for a variety of businesses Handle accounts payable and receivable for assigned clients Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting documentation Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve discrepancies Ensure all financial data is organized, up-to-date, and audit-ready Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Experience working with multiple clients or in an accounting firm environment preferred Strong background in bank reconciliations and payroll processing Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines across several accounts Excellent organizational and communication skills Position Details: Part-time position with opportunity to transition to full-time Flexible schedule based on client workload Collaborative and professional firm environment If you are dependable, analytical, and enjoy working with a variety of clients, we would love to hear from you.
