WellNow Urgent Care seeks a Patient Care Technician to support urgent care operations, taking histories, obtaining vital signs, and assisting with examinations. The role includes phlebotomy where certified, and accurate lab documentation within the EMR system. Responsibilities emphasize patient flow, record coordination, and adherence to HIPAA while providing compassionate care.
