10:00 pm - 06:00 am Let QPS help you get your foot in the door! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Trimmer at a company in Manitowoc, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 3rd shift, apply today!

Trimmer Responsibilities:

• Trim / deburr plastic parts
• Inspect and review plastic parts right after they are molded to make sure that there are no defects in the parts
• Use a variety of hand tools and power equipment to perform necessary trimming parts to meet the part specifications including heat gun, scraper, etc.
• Properly identify and prevent defective parts from being used
• Provide coverage for Machine Operator
• Ensure that parts are in accordance with customer and qualify specifications, while maintaining an appropriate production pace

Requirements for Trimmer:

• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Prior production experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Ability to utilize computer platforms to access work instructions
• Safety Awareness-Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety
• Ability to read, speak, and comprehend English is required
• Ability to perform critical thinking and problem solving
• High attention to detail
• Ability to perform simple math and measurements
