\nAbout the Company
\n \nWe are representing a well-capitalized regional financial institution actively expanding its commercial presence across Louisiana and the Gulf South. This is a true production role—not a back-office portfolio maintenance seat. You’ll have the autonomy, credit support, and infrastructure to grow meaningful relationships and be rewarded directly for performance.
\n \nAbout the Role
\n \nBuild a real book with a bank that actually supports production. If you’re feeling capped, slowed down by credit process, or limited in earnings potential, this is worth a confidential conversation.
\n \nResponsibilities
\n \n- \n
- Build and manage a $10MM–$50MM+ commercial portfolio \n
- Develop new C&I and CRE relationships in your market \n
- Structure, originate, and close commercial credits \n
- Maintain strong asset quality while growing revenue \n
Qualifications
\n \n- \n
- Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of commercial lending or credit analysis experience. \n
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. \n

- Exceptional financial analysis, relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. \n
Preferred Skills
\n \n- \n
- Deep understanding of commercial credit, risk management, and local market trends. \n
Pay range and compensation package
\n \nUp to $225K+ when including bonus!
