This role combines use case analysis, market research, product design and interaction with both internal and external customers together with leadership of our technical teams to deliver sustainable competitive advantage for our company and world-class solutions for our clients.

Required Skills

• Translate customer pain points and use cases into functional specifications that define what a given product or feature will need to do
• Experience with SaaS business models
• A track-record of solid product management experience
• Commitment to engaging stakeholders and collectively moving our products forward as a team
• Engage closely with talented sales, marketing and customer support staff to ensure product success
• Engage closely with our top-notch engineering, operations, and project management staff to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as a reasonable execution schedule
• Rock-solid communication, inter-personal, and presentation skills

Desired Skills

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
