AUTOMOTIVE BDC REPRESENTATIVE

Special Finance is growing, and we are looking for motivated, customer-focused professionals to join our Business Development Center. We offer a strong base salary plus commission, providing both stability and excellent earning potential. Previous BDC or call center experience is preferred, but not required. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be responsible for monitoring, contacting, and following up with potential and existing customers through phone, internet leads, email, and dealership visits. Responsibilities include:

• Following up and maintaining relationships with former customers
• Monitoring and contacting internet leads
• Determining customer vehicle needs through active listening
• Following established call and email scripts
• Setting, confirming, and following up on sales and service appointments
• Conducting customer surveys and follow-up calls
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer experience
• Performing other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with people. The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous BDC or call center experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to establish rapport and build lasting customer relationships
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Verifiable work history
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong English communication skills
• Bilingual ability is a significant plus
