Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager will support project execution in the property construction industry, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope. Based in Miami, this role works closely with project managers to coordinate and oversee construction activities. Client Details A company operating in the property construction industry in Miami. Description Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Support in managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Help ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Identify and address project risks or challenges promptly. Foster effective communication between all project participants.
