A client of AlphaStaffHCM™ is searching for a licensed therapist to provide on-site behavioral health services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout South Arkansas. Clinicians receive established caseloads, administrative support, credentialing assistance, and ongoing clinical guidance, allowing them to focus on patient care rather than business development. This role is ideal for a therapist seeking flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work with an underserved population.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual counseling services to nursing home residents
• Support patients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment disorders, and other behavioral health concerns
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams
• Travel between assigned facilities throughout the week as needed
• Participate in ongoing clinical meetings and support sessions

 

Qualifications:

• Active Arkansas license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist, or similar independently licensed therapist
• Ability to work independently in facility-based environments
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Behavioral health experience preferred but not required
• Nursing home, geriatric, or long-term care experience is helpful but not required

Compensation and Perks

• Annual earnings range from $75,000 to $110,000, with opportunity to earn more based on schedule and patient volume
