ATC Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing clinician community. This high-impact opportunity offers a 48 hours per week contract in Spartanburg, SC. Start Date: 10/12/2026

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 4x12 Nights

Hours/Week: Estimated Gross Pay Per Week Up To: $1995.73 (includes up to $1267.00 travel stipend)

Job Requirements

2 years of experience preferred; will consider 1 year nurses on case by case basis

ACLS certification required

BLS certification required

NIHSS certification required

Holiday coverage required: 1 Holiday with 2 on call/additional shifts per 6 weeks OR 2 Holidays with no on call/additional shifts

On-call required for holiday coverage

Attendance policy: If more than two shifts per 13-week contract are missed without reasonable explanation, contract will be reviewed for cancellation

Must be able to pass arrhythmia and medication test on 1st day

Shaving may be required to pass a fit test onsite

All RTO must be included on the initial submission; RTO requested after the fact will not be considered

Compliance documents are due 5 business days prior to the travelers scheduled start

Distance Requirements Must live outside a 75-mile radius from the facility

Other Required Documentation:

• Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
• Two current clinical references
• Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months)
• TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
• Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
• Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
• Must pass background check and drug screening
