Position summary

We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for consumers and visitors, providing excellent customer service while handling a variety of front desk, administrative, and light housekeeping responsibilities.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Greet consumers, visitors, and staff in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
• Check consumers in and out promptly and accurately.
• Assist consumers with completing job applications and provide basic information about job descriptions.
• Direct consumers and visitors to the correct room or department.
• Perform fingerprinting services as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
• Stock and refill supplies such as paper towels and soap; ensure restrooms and lobby are properly maintained.
• Sweep and mop lobby floors on Monday Through Fridays.
• Support administrative tasks with strong technical skills, including computer and office software use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and office systems quickly.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• 21 years old or older

Starting pay $15/Hr.
