Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Current licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Michigan
• Previous experience in school settings highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans tailored to individual student needs

• Deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to maximize student success
• Maintain accurate records, data, and progress reports in compliance with district and state regulations
• Develop engaging activities and interventions aligned with students' IEP goals
