The driver must have a strong commitment to safety, environmental compliance, DOT regulations and obeying federal, state, and local laws.Duties:Be able to safely load and unload a gasoline tank truckBe able to safely transport loaded vehicle to assigned delivery pointBe able to prepare and document activities in accordance with Federal D.O.T. Regulations and Company Policies and ProceduresBe able to perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicleMust be able to work rotating or various shift schedulesSkills:Safety FocusedMust be able to demonstrate the safe operation of the vehicle assignedMust have sense of urgency, strong work ethic and positive attitudeHigh School Diploma or GED EquivalentEighteen (18) months of verifiable Class A driving experienceCurrent CDL with X endorsement (Tanker and Hazmat)Must pass a current DOT physicalMust possess and maintain a D.O.T. Medical Certificate and meet FMCSA Medical StandardsMust be able and willing to obtain TWIC card (depending on location)
