Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Overview Direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting. Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, implement treatments, monitor progress, document findings, and communicate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality care. Deliver compassionate, quality nursing care to diverse patient populations. Qualifications And Skills Valid RN license. Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare environments. Key Duties Providing patient-centered care during night shifts. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
