911 Call Taker: Essential Emergency Communications Role

Public Safety Dispatch Network

Public Safety Dispatch Network is seeking 911 Call Takers in Southfield, MI to be the first point of contact for emergency callers. You will gather essential information, confirm incident location, and input data into call-processing software to guide responders. Successful candidates will have strong listening skills, accurate typing, and clear verbal communication.
