This is a 13-week contract position.
/n/nSchedule/n
Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00). Will require 6 weekend shifts per 6 weeks.
/n/nJob Description/n
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ER Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Level II Trauma Center and a strong background in emergency care. This position does not require floating between units, and you will be expected to maintain a patient care ratio of 1:3.
/n/nResponsibilities/n
/n- Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients./n- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed./n- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes accurately in the charting system./n- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective patient outcomes./n- Adhere to all hospital protocols and best practices./n
/n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n
/n- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting./n- Current RN license (Compact license preferred)./n- ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications are required./n- Experience with Epic charting system is required./n- Previous charge experience is preferred./n
