Oxford Solutions is hiring a pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity with a client operating a closed-door, technology-driven pharmacy environment in Chesterfield, MO. This role is open to recent graduates as well as pharmacists with a few years of experience.

Location: Chesterfield, MO Work Schedule: Onsite

Responsibilities:

• Verify new and refill prescriptions for accuracy, appropriate dosing, interactions, contraindications, and labeling.
• Oversee pharmacy technicians and support prescription processing, transfers, and fulfillment.
• Provide patient counseling and medication education by phone.
• Communicate with prescribers to clarify prescriptions and resolve clinical or processing issues.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership and operations teams in a high-volume closed-door pharmacy environment.

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing required.
• 0-3 years of relevant pharmacist experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in mail-order, specialty, fulfillment, or closed-door pharmacy is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and technical aptitude.
