Compensation

Average Weekly Pay: $2,000 (drivers who run consistently and manage their time well often exceed that) Pay based on an industry leading percentage (%) of linehaul structure

Additional % for seniority and meeting individual weekly performance goals

Referral bonuses up to $900 per referral Detention time and holiday pay

Paid via direct deposit weekly

Qualifications

23 years of age

1 year of recent, safe, verifiable commercial tractor-trailer or straight truck experience

Good MVR and CSA scores

Must be able to pass a DOT pre-employment physical and drug test

Must be able to pass a road test and essential job functions test

Must live within Western NY orPA
