Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Yonkers, NY Location: Yonkers, NY | Home setting Schedule: Weekdays After 4:00pm (flexible doesn't have to be daily) Salary: $24–$28 per Hour Flexible Schedule | Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, and community settings Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision Support clients in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Collect accurate session data and complete session notes in a timely manner using Rethink Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team Help create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment for each client Qualifications Active RBT certification required Minimum of 6 months experience working with children preferred Basic understanding of ABA principles and data collection Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance Experience with session note writing and documentation Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred Benefits Flexible scheduling with after-school and weekend cases available Supportive BCBA supervision and mentorship Opportunities for career growth and BCBA track development Streamlined systems for scheduling, data collection, and documentation Consistent case availability Collaborative and clinician-focused team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr jobr.pro
