Starlink Technician: Training & Growth to Senior Tech

Southern Star is seeking a Starlink Technician in Midland, TX to install and service Starlink for homes in rural and underserved communities. You’ll be a technology ambassador, helping customers go online and maximize their new service. The role includes paid training with a base rate of $20/hour, increasing by $0.50 after 60 days, and a guaranteed $25/hour through the first 9 months.
