Customer Service Representative - Full Time

Mancan is working with a company in Mt. Vernon seeking a Customer Service Representative for a temporary assignment lasting approximately 10–16 weeks. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with questions and concerns, and supporting day-to-day customer service operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and organizational skills looking for a temporary office position. Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30am–4:30pm Pay: $25.00/hour Location: Mt. Vernon, OH Job Duties:
- Provide professional and friendly customer service to customers
- Answer customer questions and assist with resolving concerns
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
- Enter and maintain customer information and orders accurately
- Assist with order tracking, updates, and general account information
- Communicate with internal departments to help resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Follow up with customers as needed
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties related to customer service
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all customer interactions
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED preferred
