Evaluates manufacturing outcomes and implements continuous improvements and cost efficiencies.Base Business (75%):* Practical/Technical understanding within cell.* Day-to-day cell support.* Equipment work orders, CDF, FAI, QT execution.* NC/CAPA ownership.* Safety/Quality investigation support.* Equipment validation support.* Change control.* GDT, drawing review, NCs, CAPAs,Process Improvement/Project Support (25%):* Data/metric analysis.* Understanding of financial line items (labor, scrap, factory materials, standard hours, absorption).* Execution support of improvement projects.* Mentors Engineering Technicians on technical writing and principles.Minimum Requirements:* Bachelors degree in Engineering* 0+ years of experiencePreferred Skills:* Effectively convey ideas and instructions to technicians and operators.* Analyze and resolve complex manufacturing issues.* Develop long-term strategies for manufacturing processes.* Lead small teams or projects, demonstrating initiative and decision-making skills.* Mentorship to technicians.United States of America Pay Ranges:$83,400 - $133,100 USD Annual
