Sales Representative

We are currently seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) sales representatives with strong experience in closing sales , both over the phone and in the field. Requirements & Expectations: Sales experience, preferably in construction-related or service industries Strong closing skills and ability to generate new business Willingness to learn and be trained in the specific business environment ofUSAGlass Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls (inside sales role) For field positions: ability to visit job sites, identify opportunities, and bring in new clients. ProficiencywithCRMsoftware,MicrosoftOffice,andsalesreportingtools. Validdriver’slicenseandreadinesstotravellocallyforclientvisitsandsiteconsultations. Familiaritywithlocalbuildingcodesandarchitecturalapplicationsisaplus. Compensation: $15/hr + commissions on sales Commission structure may vary based on experience and performance Training: Candidates will receive training and ongoing support from our sales team.
