Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team at Modani Care in Bellevue, NE. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality in-home care services to seniors and adults who require support with daily living tasks. At Modani, we prioritize building strong relationships with our clients and their families, and we're looking for individuals who share our commitment to delivering exceptional care. Caregiver Position is a dynamic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring a sense of trust and understanding
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive care plans that meet each client's unique needs
- Maintain accurate records of client care, including medication management, vital signs, and daily activities
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in in-home care
