Job Details Specialty: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Assignment Length: 13 weeks Shift: Night shift, 12 hours Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Weekly Hours: 36 Start Date: 09/11/2026 Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,020 - $2,130 Location: Cleveland, OH 44195 Job Requirements Minimum 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty Minimum 18 months of recent CVICU or Cardiac ICU experience; travel RN experience may be accepted Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact license in hand at time of submission Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required Manager, ANM, supervisor, or director reference in the specialty from the past 12 months Must be available to work at least every other holiday Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation Willingness to complete required compliance steps prior to start, including background check and fingerprinting requirements Responsibilities Provide high-quality critical care nursing to cardiovascular and cardiac ICU patients in a fast-paced CVICU setting Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret ECG findings, and respond promptly to changes in patient condition Administer medications and support treatment plans in accordance with ICU standards and best practices Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to promote safe, effective patient care Deliver compassionate bedside nursing with attention to detail, safety, and patient-centered outcomes Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold unit protocols, compliance expectations, and quality standards Ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
