Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist Salary Range: $45.00 - $52.00 / hour Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday with weekend rotation Benefits: Eligible for increased pay in lieu of benefits Experience: Clinical maturity and confidence required; not suitable for new graduates Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team at our drug and alcohol hospital. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing quality care to patients with substance abuse disorders and other related conditions. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. Administer various physical therapy techniques and modalities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall function. Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for continued improvement and prevention of further injuries. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all legal and ethical standards. Requirements Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a drug and alcohol hospital. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
