GXO, in good faith, believes this is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This rate may be modified in the future. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company’s sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law. \n What you’ll do on a typical day: \n Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse \n Prepare schedules \n Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performanceMonitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer serviceDemonstrate an understanding of the company quality policyAdhere to the GXO 7S program \n Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments \n Implement continuous improvement action plans \n Always maintain a clean environment What you need to succeed at GXO: \n At a minimum, you’ll need: \n 2 years of relevant work experience \n Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment \n Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekendsIt’d be great if you also have: \n Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field \n 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience \n Bilingual English/SpanishExperience in an AS9100 or ISO environmentWarehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experienceThis job requires the ability to: \n Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights \n Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time \n Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneelHandle or manage tools or equipmentTolerate hot or cold warehouse environments We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains. \n \n GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
