Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage paperwork for revenue agreements and contracts.
• Provide administrative support for the review and delivery of client deliverables.
• Ensure superior quality and attention to detail in finalizing reports and documents.
• Maintain organized and complete files.
• Coordinate dispatch schedules, calendars, and meetings.
• Oversee office cleanliness, supplies, and client information.
• Assist in maintaining centralized files for technical and financial information.
• Process mail, customer payments, and inventory received.
• Support day-to-day data entry for expenditures.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of office experience preferred.
• Scheduling experience is a plus.
• Background/knowledge in Information Technology is advantageous.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to manage and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and professional demeanor.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.
• Prioritize and complete work assignments on a timely basis.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and judgment regarding privileged information.
• Enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
